About this online platform ("Platform")

The Platform provides a one-stop booking experience for travellers to book airport services and redeem coupons, from lounge passes, baggage delivery services, to transportation tickets.

 

1. Why do I need to verify my identity during booking?

When proceeding with your booking, you need to authenticate your email through the one-time passcode (OTP). This way, we can verify that you can receive your order confirmation and ensure the accuracy of your personal information.

 

2. What are the available payment methods?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and UnionPay credit cards are accepted. Apple Pay, Alipay (Mainland China), and WeChat Pay (Mainland China) are also accepted.

 

3. When can I expect to receive my booking confirmation?

You will usually receive your booking confirmation email within 5-10 minutes. If you do not receive any confirmation, you may first check your junk or spam email folder. Otherwise, you can go to "My Orders" in the upper-right corner to view your order details. 

 

4. Can I amend my booking details?

After you have completed your booking and payment, you cannot further amend the details on our Platform. You can contact the merchants directly with the contact information in the order details for further assistance.

 

5. How do I cancel or refund my orders?

You can check if your order is eligible for cancellation and/or refund in the product description. If eligible, you can reach out to the merchants with the contact information in the order details for assistance.

 

6. How do I view my orders after leaving the platform?

You can check your order details through your confirmation email or via this platform by following these steps:

1.    Go to "My Orders" in the upper-right corner.

2.    Enter the email address used in your order.

3.    After completing the one-time passcode verification, you will be able to view all order details.

 

7. What should I do if I forget my email address?

If you forget the email address used in your booking, please provide the order reference number to eplatform@hkairport.com. If you forget your order reference number, please provide (1) your name used in the order, (2) item(s) ordered / redeemed, and (3) order date, and our team will provide further support to you.
